Our shipping policy is fairly easy. International order as subject to actual shipping cost. We offer snail mail, Priority and Express options for shipping.
We strive to ship all our orders within 48 hours. Most orders will ship within 24 hours, however some times an order may be delayed because we are waiting on a product or products that are on back order. If this happens you will be notified with in 24 hours of placing your order. In most cases we will ship the items we have avalible and will ship the back ordered items to you as the become available. If the back logged item is expected to arrive within 24 hours of your order placement we will hold your order until all products are avalible.
Some of our products are shipped from other countries, or could be made to order. If you order one of these items you will need to pay actual shipping charges and your product may take longer to arrive. For example say you order 5 items, I ship out 4 of them the remaining item comes from AU. You will then receive the first 4 items in 5-7 days and the last item in 7-10 days. As you can see this not delay any other items nor does it increase your wait time by very much. In most cases you won't even notice.
If you order an item from one of our international warehouses or a product that is custom made for you we will notify you in an e-mail at the time of order with an estimated arrival date.
We will except returns or exchanges on unused new items only. Items must be returned with in 10 days and you must e-mail me to notify me of the return. This is to allow me to process any exchanges or refunds as soon as possible and to notify me of any potential product quality problems. All returns are to be unused and unopened, Some items may be charged a 25% restocking fee, Including but not limited to: bath and body products, clothing, Swords, Armour, any items being shipped from our international warehouses and or custom made products. We do Not ship any weapons to the residents of Massachusetts, This includes Athames and Letter Openers. We DO NOT sell any of our ritual smokes or any weaponry to minors. We reserve the right to request proof of age before shipping out any of our products. If we ask you for proof of age and you do not send it or do not respond to our e-mail with in 10 days you order will be canceled and you be refunded your money less a 25% restocking fee.
